I don't remember the exact size, but I'm thinking they are 10-32, or size 10 diameter, 32 threads to the inch. The simplest way to check, if you do get full details from someone here, is to take the bolts to a hardware store and check them against nuts in a bin. Then when you know which size nut fits, buy two to use for backups when you drill and tap your holes. Size 10 screws will need a #17 drill bit for the pilot hole, if I'm remembering right. At the hardware store, buy a tap that matches your bolt size. Around here, most of the large hardware stores have common sized taps for sale. Go to work.
If you want to get fancy, use a transfer punch that just fits through the slot of your hinge to mark where the holes would be, then hit the marks with a prick punch (no it's not a H2H move) then use a center punch and then drill. You holes will be dead on.
Do use nuts for backup. Set them with Loctite.
