Are there optional hinges that will allow the rear doors to swing round parallel with the van sides?
The present ones allow the door to open 90 deg to the door stop, and then 180 deg with the door check disconnected. 270 deg opening would be useful to have.
I seem to remember a similar sort of thing on a CF Bedford Van.
