Removal – Dell Inspiron 15R N5010 Rear Hinge Cover

1. Before starting read, Dell Laptop Service Precautions.
   
2. Remove the Battery.

3. Remove the Access Door Cover.

4. Remove the Keyboard.

5. Remove the Palm Rest TouchPad.

6. Remove the LCD Display Assembly.

7. On the bottom of the laptop, remove the 2 screw hole covers.

8. Remove the (4) 2.5mm x 5mm screws.

9. Carefully pry the clips and remove the rear hinge cover.

Installation – Dell Inspiron 15R N5010 Rear Hinge Cover

1. Snap the rear hinge cover onto the laptop base.
2. Replace the 4 screws on the bottom of the laptop.
3. Replace the 2 screw hole covers.
4. Replace the LCD Display Assembly.

5. Replace the Palm Rest Touch Pad.

6. Replace the Keyboard.

7. Replace the Access Door Cover.
